Please allow 4 weeks for your online orders to be ready for shipment.
All orders will ship via UPS Ground or USPS.
Once you place your order, you will receive an e-mail within seventy-two (72) hours confirming that your order has gone into production and that your card has been charged. It may take up to four (4) weeks from receipt of your order confirmation for your items to be ready to ship. You will receive another e-mail once the item has shipped with tracking information.
The minimum shipping charge is $20. Orders that exceed the minimum charge due to weight or size will be calculated at checkout. A signature is required upon delivery. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact our customer service department within five (5) days of receiving the item. We will replace your item and reship as soon as UPS has inspected and obtained possession of the original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for an exchange or online store credit or combination of both within ten (10) days of receiving the item.. Online store credits can be used at our online store only and will expire after one (1) year.
Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping, we do not credit original or return shipping costs.
To make a return, please email email@example.com for a return authorization form BEFORE you send back the item. Please include a print out of the Return Form with the merchandise you are returning. Items without a return authorization form cannot be accepted.
