How do I get Free Samples?
Members of our Trade Program receive free samples and free shipping with the code TRADE (designers/individuals from outside the US will be billed shipping).

We offer a trade discount of 20% to interior designers. Register Here.
As mentioned above, members of our Trade Program can obtain samples online for free using the code TRADE at checkout.
How soon will I get my wallpaper or fabric?
All of our wallpapers and fabrics are made to order, meaning they carry specific lead times listed in the product descriptions. Lead Times are also on our samples, invoices, and website product descriptions.
How soon will I get my trunk? Or my chair? Or my mask?Lifestyle items in stock (masks, accessories, some trunks) are ready to ship next business day. Lifestyle items that are made-to-order (trunks) carry specific lead times. Shipping of larger items (furniture) will be negotiated on a case by case basis. How much [fabric or wallpaper] do I need?We very strongly recommend that you contact an interior design professional and/or a professional wallpaper installer for precise measurements of your project, whether it is a sofa to be upholstered or a dining room to be wallpapered. Measurements and consumption will also vary from pattern to pattern, depending on the width of the goods and the length of the pattern repeat. Our wallpapers will require glue and trimming before installation. If you do not have access to an installer for a proper estimate, give us a ring if you need help estimating quantities, we are happy to help! (212.689.3419)
How are your products made?
All of our printed wallpapers are digitally printed in the US. All of our printed fabrics are made in Italy. All of our patterns are painted and edited in-house.
Can I order a custom color?

We do not accept returns for any made-to-order products (wallpaper, fabrics, trunks, or one-of-a-kind furniture pieces), but are happy to replace items damaged or that arrive imperfect in any way. Please review our store policies if this is the case.
