How do I place a Wallpaper and/or Textile order?
Retail customers can purchase everything on this website!

Yes! Registered members of our Trade Program receive free samples through our Trade Ordering Portal.
Do you offer a Trade Discount?
Yes. We offer a trade discount of 15% on all wallpaper and textile orders to registered members of our Trade Program.

How much wallpaper or fabric do I need?
We very strongly recommend that you contact an interior design professional and/or a professional wallpaper installer or upholsterer for precise measurements for your project, whether it is a sofa to be upholstered or a dining room to be wallpapered. Measurements and consumption will also vary from pattern to pattern, depending on the width of the goods and the length of the pattern repeat. Our wallpapers will require glue and trimming before installation. If you do not have access to an installer for a proper estimate and need help estimating quantities, shoot us an email.
Is your fabric suitable for upholstery?
Yes! Of course. We very strongly recommend that you contact an interior design professional and/or a professional upholsterer for quantities, etc.
What is the cleaning process for your fabric?
All of our printed and woven fabrics must be dry-cleaned if used as pillows or curtains. For upholstered furniture, we recommend spot cleaning with warm water.
How soon will I get my printed wallpaper or fabric?
Most of our wallpapers and fabrics are made to order, and carry specific lead times listed in the product descriptions on our product pages. Lead times are also on our samples and invoices.
How soon will I get my woven textile?
Our woven textiles are stocked.
How do I check the stock of a stocked, woven textile?
To check the stocked availability of a woven textile, please email us: inquiries@voutsa.com. If you are a regsitered member of our Trade Program, please submit a stock request through our Trade Ordering Portal.
Can I customize a pattern?
Yes! Check out our Customization Program for some basic guidelines.
Can I commission the studio to produce something special?
Yes. Our project minimum for commissions is 50000 USD. Please submit your commission request to inquiries@voutsa.com
We have a sample of a product that isn't available on the web. Has it been discontinued?
Yes! However, there's a chance we can still print it. Shoot us an email at inquiries@voutsa.com with your scenario and we will figure it out together! If the product is a woven textile, we have a 100 yard minimum for one-time archival production.
