Can I request samples?
Trade program members can order samples online for free using the code TRADE at checkout.
How soon will I get my order?
All of our wallpapers and fabrics are made to order, meaning they carry specific lead times listed in the product descriptions. Lifestyle items in stock are ready to ship next business day. We ship all wallpaper via UPS ground and fabric via FEDEX. Shipping of larger items will be negotiated on a case by case basis. Give us a ring if you have any questions at all.
How much [fabric or wallpaper] do I need?
We very strongly recommend that you contact an interior design professional and/or a professional wallpaper installer for precise measurements of your project, whether it is a sofa to be upholstered or a dining room to be wallpapered. Measurements and consumption will also vary from pattern to pattern, depending on the width of the goods and the length of the pattern repeat. Our wallpapers will require glue and trimming before installation. If you do not have access to an installer for a proper estimate, give us a ring if you need help estimating quantities, we are happy to help!
How are your products made?
All of our printed wallpapers are digitally printed in the US. All of our printed fabrics are made in Italy. All of our patterns are painted by hand in house.
Can I order a custom color?
Yes! Check out our customization program for a series of steps. If you need help, just give us a ring!
Do you offer a trade discount?
We offer a trade discount of 20% to interior designers. To create an account with us, please register here. Trade program members can order samples online for free using the code TRADE at checkout.
For large orders or for hospitality orders, we may be able to offer special pricing; please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can discuss the details of your order.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products, but have specific steps to follow if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please review our store policies if this is the case.
