Visit Us!  We maintain wings, boards, and samples of our signature and collaborative product lines in our New York City and Los Angeles showrooms. Or, visit our showroom partners in Austin or London

How do I place a Wallpaper and/or Textile order?

You may order directly from this website. If you need help, please call or email us and we’ll take it from there! 

Do you offer samples of your Wallpaper and Textile products?

Yes! You may purchase the samples you need using this website. You may peruse all our products here. Give us a ring or shoot us an email if you need any help whatsoever!

Do you have a Trade Program for members of the Design Community?

Yes! Register Here.

Do you offer free samples to members of the Design Community?

Yes! Registered members of our Trade Program receive free samples. Once registered, you may order samples directly from this website with our trade program checkout code TRADE or via our showrooms. All you have to pay for is shipping. If we are not in possession of your resale certificate and you use this code, we will reach out to obtain it prior to fulfilling your sample order.

Do you offer a Trade Discount?

Yes. We offer a trade discount of 15% on all wallpaper and fabric orders to registered members of our Trade Program.

I'm not a designer, but I want free samples!

In-person showroom visitors get free samples (and no shipping)! Otherwise, please use our website and order them just as you would a pair of shoes.

I'm a registered designer/trade professional, but I am not an existing customer...

Awesome! You may purchase samples through this website with our trade program checkout code TRADE - All you have to pay for is shipping. If we are not in possession of your resale certificate and you use this code, we will reach out to obtain it prior to fulfilling your sample order.

How much wallpaper or fabric do I need?

We very strongly recommend that you contact an interior design professional and/or a professional wallpaper installer or upholsterer for precise measurements for your project, whether it is a sofa to be upholstered or a dining room to be wallpapered. Measurements and consumption will also vary from pattern to pattern, depending on the width of the goods and the length of the pattern repeat. Our wallpapers will require glue and trimming before installation. If you do not have access to an installer for a proper estimate and need help estimating quantities, give us a ring - we are happy to help!

Is your fabric suitable for upholstery?

Yes! Of course. We very strongly recommend that you contact an interior design professional and/or a professional upholsterer for quantities, etc.

What is the cleaning process for your fabric?

All of our printed and woven fabrics must be dry-cleaned if used as pillows or curtains. For upholstered furniture, we recommend spot cleaning with warm water. 

How soon will I get my printed wallpaper or fabric?

Most of our wallpapers and fabrics are made to order, and carry specific lead times listed in the product descriptions. Lead times are also on our samples, invoices, and website product descriptions. 

How soon will I get my woven fabric?

Our woven fabric is stocked, and our online inventory is up to date. If you need help with an order or a stock check, please email us showroom.ny@voutsa.com

Can I customize a pattern?

Yes! Check out our Customization Program for some basic guidelines. If you need help, just shoot us an email or give us a ring and we will walk you through the process.

Can I commission the studio to produce something special?

Yes! We accept pattern commissions on a first-come, first-serve basis.  To start the process, just shoot us an email or give us a ring! 

We have a sample of a product that isn't available on the web. Has it been discontinued?

Yes! However, there's a chance we can still print it. Shoot us an email with your scenario and we will figure it out together! If the product is a woven textile, we have a 100 yard minimum for one-time archival production.

Returns/exchanges/order cancellations:

Because so many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns but are happy to replace damaged items that arrive imperfect in any way. Please review our store policies if this is the case.
