Store Policies

Pricing:

Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to price in effect at time order is placed.

All purchases must be paid for in full before products ship.

All online credit card transactions are conducted on an encrypted server via Shopify.

Online Sample Order Policies:

All online sample orders are final. Online sample orders will ship via USPS. We do not accept returns of online sample orders and do not grant refunds or store credit. If your sample order arrives incorrect or damaged please email inquiries@voutsa.com within five (5) calendar days of receiving with photos of the damaged or incorrect samples and we will replace your sample order at no additional cost.

Made-To-Order Policies:

All Made-To-Order products will be invoiced through our New York Showroom.

All Made-To-Order products are specified “Made To Order” in online description.

Our lead times are listed on our product pages on our website and on our invoices. Lead times do not include transit times.

All showroom invoices for Made-To-Order products must be paid in full before production via e-check (or credit card for additional fee). We do not accept physical checks. Wiring instructions available by request: showroom.ny@voutsa.com

All sales of Made-To-Order products are final. We do not accept returns of Made-To-Order purchases and do not grant refunds or store credit.

For all Made-To-Order products, once you pay your invoice, you will receive an e-mail within 72 hours confirming that your order has been processed with expected ship date.

All customization fees are non-refundable and must be paid before customization process begins.

All Made-To-Order products will ship via carrier of our choice, unless instructed in writing to use a specific carrier. All international importation charges will be automatically billed to the customer. All shipments will be insured for full value.

Because our lead times vary, items will be shipped together if possible, but might be shipped separately. You will receive an e-mail once the item(s) has shipped with tracking information. A signature is required upon delivery.

Voutsa is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you are not available to receive your package. Should you waive signature upon delivery, Voutsa can not be held responsible for your package once it is left at your door. We will not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

Damaged or Misprinted Product:

If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, incorrect or misprinted product, you must contact us before the product is worn, trimmed, cut, installed, pasted, or used in anyway. Do not use any non-defective products included in your order.

If package(s) arrive damaged, and the contents are damaged, Voutsa will replace the damaged goods free of charge only if the following is reported and submitted to showroom.ny@voutsa.com within five (5) calendar days:

Photographs of the damaged packaging

The original packaging must be kept intact for inspection by the carrier

In the unlikely event that your product arrives defective or misprinted, or the product that arrives is incorrect, we offer full replacement if the following is reported and submitted to showroom.ny@voutsa.com within five (5) calendar days:

Photographs of the defective or misprinted product(s).

Photographs of the incorrect product.

Your product(s) will be reproduced if deemed necessary and re-fulfilled in adherence to its lead time(s) at no additional cost.

All damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled orders must be returned to Voutsa New York in order to begin replacement process at our expense.

General Policies:

Voutsa assumes no liability for delays in transit times.

Voutsa assumes no liability for damages or losses incurred during shipping.

Voutsa assumes no liability for any customs, tariffs, VAT, tax, or other local, state, country, or any other fees that apply to the use or receipt of our products.

Voutsa assumes no liability for the quantity of products ordered.

Voutsa assumes no liability for damages or expenses incurred by the installation of our products.

Voutsa assumes no liability for the performance or compatibility of other company’s products with our products. This includes, but is not limited to, primer, paint, glue, adhesive, varnish, coatings, finishers, squeegees, brushes, cutting tools, liner paper, cleaning products, and other installation/upholstery tools.

We use recycled and recyclable shipping and packing materials whenever possible.
